Rolled bacon
It is produced with lean bacon without pork rind. Once it has been salted and flavored, it is rolled and packed in natural casings. After the drying phase, it is seasoned following a totally natural process. At the end of the seasoning, the final product is fragrant and it can be consumed both uncooked as cold cut and cooked.
